1. Services Provided
We offer cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, landscape, and specialized cleaning (“Services”). Details of the Services are available on our Site.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Requesting Services
To request our cleaning services, you may complete our online intake form, providing the necessary details, including your contact information, the type of cleaning service required, and any additional information related to your request.
4. Payment Terms
Currently, payments for our services are not processed directly on our website. However, the information you provide, may be used in the future when we implement a payment gateway for secure online transactions.
Details will be provided at that time regarding how payments will be handled.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning service up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation charge.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims arising out of the use of our Services is limited to the amount paid for the Services rendered. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, including if you violate these Terms of Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, are owned by East2West Cleaning and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written consent.

10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, regardless of its conflict of law principles, and apply to agreements made and carried out entirely within Ontario by residents of Ontario. In the event that any legal action or court proceeding is permitted, both you and the Company consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts situated in Ottawa, Ontario, for the resolution of any disputes or claims.
